While there’s now a ton of official information out in the open regarding Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, we don’t know everything. Last week’s multiplayer reveal finally let us see what Treyarch has been working on, and for the most part, things look solid. However, as the game hasn’t launched yet, there is still a plethora of knowledge hidden behind closed doors. Well, at least that’s what Treyarch and Activision are trying to accomplish. Thanks to some leaks though, we’ve been able to get a little peek behind those doors. The most recent of these leaks have to do with some unofficial Scorestreaks.

Leaked Scorestreaks in Black Ops Cold War

Prior to the official multiplayer reveal, we did hear of a few leaked Scorestreaks. While most were confirmed through the reveal, there were a few that we didn’t see in the multiplayer alpha of Black Ops Cold War. Some fans thought that the leaks were bogus, but earlier this week, the rumors started swirling yet again.

The most prominent leaks come from MW2 Ghost, a long-time inside source for Call of Duty news. The Twitter account has been largely correct with most of his information regarding BOCW. His latest bit of news, though, has to do with the not-yet-seen Scorestreaks.

Some of the leaked streaks do match up with what we heard prior to the multiplayer reveal. There were rumors that previous Specialist abilities from Black Ops 3 and 4 could become scorestreaks in BOCW. This was partly confirmed last week, as the War Machine was a usable Scorestreak in the alpha version.

So if things hold true, the Minigun and Flamethrower are likely candidates to become streaks. However, MW2 Ghost also claims that the Radar Jammer, Sniper’s Nest, Advanced Spy Plane, and an Attack Dog could all be available as well.

The Radar Jammer is likely a piece of equipment you place on the ground to disrupt the enemy’s mini-map. The Sniper’s Nest could be like the streak from Modern Warfare 3, in which a helicopter with a sniper followed you around. Lastly, the Advanced Spy Plane is presumably like a Blackbird, but there’s no word on how it will operate.

If this list holds true, fans should be in store for a great year of Scorestreaks. Make sure to keep up with Daily Esports for all Black Ops Cold War news.
